1. Returns are accepted for exchanges on defected product/s only.
2. Returns will only be granted based on review of defective product/s that are with 7 days of customer notifying us that defective product/s is being returned.
3. Returns will only be accepted if shipper has used approved shipping methods such as UPS or FEDEX.
4. Shipping charges on returned merchandise will not be refunded under any circumstance.
5. Dermtique.com must be notified of tracking number if merchandise is in process of being returned.
6. New product/s will be shipped from our warehouse in 3 to 5 business days after returned merchandise is received, inspected and confirmed of defect.
